Disclaimer
As all squishies are handmade and individually crafted, slight imperfections such as small dust particles, uneven paint, air bubbles, or surface marks may occur during production. These are common manufacturing characteristics and are not considered defects.
In rare cases where an item arrives severely damaged due to transit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so our team can review the matter.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
No Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect and check your items carefully before leaving the store.
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, normal product variations, wear & tear, or issues that occur after an item has been used or played with.
An exchange or refund may only be considered where there is a clear manufacturing defect already present before use or play and the issue is raised with our staff at the point of purchase.
Normal product characteristics such as minor air bubbles, colour differences, texture variations, small extraction holes, slight glue separation, or other expected manufacturing variations are not considered defects.
Once an item has been played with, any tearing, peeling, seal separation, bursting, stretching, glue movement, or similar damage will be treated as wear & tear.
